iRobot Helping During the Quake
The U.S. has sent over iRobots to help explore the damaged nuclear power plants that are unsafe for human conditions. They are military grade, made to go over debris, rocks, up hills, etc. They have been equipped with cameras giving the scientists live feed of the damaged reactors. There main goal is to initially check to see where it is safe for humans to go. See video below showing the iRobot demo.

Gmail Motion Proven
Low and behold to the Google Engineers, this application is possible. Below there is a short demonstration of this software actually being being used. The steps that are used are not overly complicated but they show that the potential is there, and it is powerful!

As motion technology increases with advancements such as Microsoft's Kinect, the way we interact with computers has become outdated.
Google has incorporated motion technology into there Gmail application. Making email a much more intuitive process, freeing the user from the confines of the desk with a keyboard and a mouse.

QR Code Fun
QR Codes, which stands for Quick Response, are two dimensional bar codes.
They were designed in Japan by a Toyota subsidiary called Denso-Wave. They are becoming very popular with uses at stores such as Best Buy, restaurants, and artwork around towns. They can hold an incredible amount of information:

Binary (8 bits) | Max. 2,953 bytes |
